This option is for heart-led practitioners who want their business foundations set up clearly and calmly - without tech overwhelm or overbuilding.

It’s ideal if you’re just starting out, starting again, or feeling unsure whether what you currently have is actually working.

Support is tailored to what’s already in place and may include the following.

Social & profile foundations

• Facebook Business Page setup or tidy-up
• Instagram Business profile setup or optimisation
• Bio copy creation or refinement (clear, human, easily editable)
• Profile optimisation & visual guidance (suggestions for profile image, banner, layout, and clarity)
   

Client pathway setup

• Link-in-bio setup or refinement
• Online booking system setup or tidy-up (Picktime, Calendly, or Fresha)
  - up to 3 services created or refined, availability set, confirmation emails enabled
• Booking link connected across platforms
   

Systems & clarity

• review of what’s already in place

Ongoing support is for practitioners who want consistent, behind-the-scenes help keeping things organised and running smoothly - without holding everything alone.

Most clients begin here and adjust over time if needed.

Support is delivered monthly rather than hourly, allowing work to be completed calmly and proactively.

• inbox or enquiry support 
• booking and calendar management 
• client follow-ups

Bookkeeping support

• income and expense tracking 
• reconciling transactions 
• flagging anything for your accountant
   

Social media support
As part of ongoing monthly support, social media assistance can be included in a way that best suits your needs.

This may include:
scheduling content you already have
light caption edits for clarity and flow
basic static post creation with captions
maintaining a simple, consistent posting rhythm
The focus is on keeping things manageable and aligned - not high-volume posting or marketing strategy.

The type of support and level of content are discussed and clarified once we connect, so expectations stay clear and sustainable.
